    Overview: When the WSJ Magazine took its annual Innovator Awards ceremony virtual in 2020, we created an at-home experience that was just as luxe as the usual, star-studded affair. The result was a one-of-a-kind, carefully curated, experiential gift box customized down to the last detail.

    Contents: This gift is all about puns and coffee! The client gifts featured branded bags of coffee, brass coffee scoops, branded coasters (subtle embossing on the back is such a nice touch!) and travel mugs for taking a cup of joe to-go. Our favorite details were the witty, fun messages included on each bag of coffee, to let clients know how much they're appreciated. Talk about giving clients all the warm, fuzzy feels!

    Packaging: The thoughtful details did not stop with the contents in these gifts. The real show-stopper? Custom packaging from top to bottom! We started with a dark green gift box featuring Zendesk's foil-stamped logo. Next, we added custom green linen paper and a branded closure square inside the box, to hold all of the contents snug. Finally, a branded belly band wraps around the box for a cohesive client gift. And because first impressions leave a lasting impact, even the shipping boxes received a touch of branded fun!


    We created a multi-layered unboxing experience for the event. This was the first layer that held various WSJ Magazine Innovator magazine and award program.
