    Account Manager, B2B


    Teak & Twine is a veteran- and woman-owned small business gift box company (say that 5 times fast!). Our team is small, but we are mighty. We have a culture rooted in teamwork, communication, empowerment (always doing what’s right for the client or the team), and a love for taste-testing new treats!


    Our company has experienced incredible growth over the past couple of years, and we are looking for an Account Manager to help continue this growth. This position would be on our corporate accounts team, helping clients by creating beautiful gift boxes for their specific gifting occasions and goals. This position will be responsible for supporting and growing Teak & Twine’s B2B sales. This person will play a key role in Teak & Twine’s growth by supporting the daily operations of corporate sales and corporate orders. This position reports to the Director of Sales.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Client Management

    • Inbound: Manage incoming corporate inquiries and custom order lifecycle including email communication, sales calls, proposal design, product sourcing, packaging designs (concept, not the actual graphic design), pricing strategy, client communication, and coordinating production. 
    • Design & Creative: create interesting, unique and beautiful gifting combinations for our corporate clients, ensuring that our gifts retain the modern look that we’re known for.
    • Order Lifecycle & Fulfillment: Manage order lifecycle for B2B orders and serve as POC for B2B order fulfillment and manage outgoing shipments with the fulfillment team. Work with the operations team to ensure products are correct, designs are packaged as the client expects, and ensure the project is on track.
    • Nurture clients as they complete projects to create repeat purchasing opportunities.

    Growing B2B Sales

    • Outreach and expansion goals: Work with the Dir of Sales to develop quarterly and annual plans for B2B outreach that will contribute to Teak & Twine’s overall growth. Work with the Marketing Manager to create any needed assets to support these outreach efforts. 
    • Sales goals: Work with the Dir of Sales to develop quarterly and annual sales goals to ensure B2B plans are in line with company’s overall revenue goals.
    • Work with the Dir of Sales and Acct Manager team on a list of prospective partners… and go get 'em!

    Experience

    • Ideally 1+ year experience in any sales environment (but not necessary)
    • Account Managers that are successful in this role often come with a mix of some of the following skills: customer service, creativity, teamwork, urgency/speed, organization, willingness to learn, and strong communication.

    Salary

    • Base salary
    • PLUS Competitive no cap commission structure
    • PLUS Quarterly bonuses

    Jr Account Manager, B2B

    Our company has experienced incredible growth over the past couple of years, and we are looking for a Junior Account Manager to help continue this growth. This position will be responsible for supporting the Account Management team. This person will play a key role in Teak & Twine’s growth by supporting the daily operations of corporate sales and corporate orders. This position reports to the Assigned Account Manager and Director of Sales.


    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Client Management and Asset Creation

    • Design & Creative: create interesting, unique and beautiful gifting combinations for our corporate clients, ensuring that our gifts retain the modern look that we’re known for.
    • Product sourcing: look for relevant items based on client request for pitches and proposals 
    • Order Lifecycle & Fulfillment: Help manage order lifecycle for B2B orders and serve as liaison between Account Manager and operations team. Work with the operations team to ensure products are correct, designs are packaged as the client expects, and ensure the project is on track. 
    • Assist in collecting necessary data from clients (such as shipping addresses, packaging files, etc) to maintain desired timeline. 

    Growing B2B Sales

    • Work with your designated Account Manager to ensure that goals are on track to meet revenue goals. 
    • Help in managing CRM and assisting in strategies to move clients through the sales cycle.
