How far in advance should we place our holiday gift order?
It’s never to early to secure your holiday gifts! We find October to be the most popular month amongst clients as we have the best chances of securing your preferred vendors and ship date. Our typical lead time is around 3-4 weeks from payment to shipping (depending on final qty and gift contents). Coming to us a little later? No problem! We have solutions for everyone. Our ready to ship storefront is a great place to send curated gift options quickly and still include a personalized card! Of course we’ll work to make your dreams come true no matter when you contact us!
Can you help us create a themed holiday gift box?
Absolutely! We have a ton of fun ideas in our Lookbook to start the creative process, or we’re happy to curate something completely new if you’re not seeing the perfect fit! Our team loves bringing your vision to life

Do we have to provide proofs for branded packaging or inserts?
Nope! We handle all of the design logistics when it comes to custom branded packaging and products in your gift.
What if we don’t have our recipients’ addresses?
No problem! Using our Gifting Portals, we can create a custom landing page where your recipients can input their shipping addresses. There, you can offer a selection of gift or swag options and your recipients can choose their favorite! All they have to do is insert their shipping address — we handle the rest! Our goal is to make large-scale gifting as easy as possible!
Can our recipients choose their own gift?
Yes! We understand that sometimes there isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to gifting.
