Meet Ally Walsh and Casey Wojtalewicz, co-founders of Canyon Coffee. A woman and family-owned business in Los Angeles, CA, Canyon Coffee prides itself on roasting organic coffee, exclusively. Starting as a tradition of sourcing the best local roasters that would be and making coffee for family and friends after all their travels around the world, they eventually expanded their love of coffee into a thriving business. After meeting James Klapp, a friend, and LA based roaster, they opened Canyon Coffee in 2016 with the goals of focusing on coffee that was naturally sweet and tasted great.

At every step of their journey, they have intentionally grown Canyon based on their core values—sourcing the highest quality, organic beans available; developing long-term relationships with their community, their farms, and their wholesale partners; and sharing resources, tools, and education on how to brew delicious coffee every single day.
